Chuck Williams Photography is proud to announce our first annual CUTEST KID CONTEST.
Here's how it works:
PHOTO SUBMISSION DATES:
NOW through Saturday, May 29th at 11:59 pm - The earlier you submit your photo the better for you!
VOTING DATES:
Voting can begin as soon as the first photos have been published to our Cutest Kids Facebook Photo Contest Gallery
Voting ends at midnight on Memorial Day....Monday, May 31, 2010
CONTEST DETAILS:
* Contest is open to any child from age Infant to 12 years old.
* One entry per child
* Child must be 12 years or younger on the date you submit your photo
* Photo submitted must have been taken within the last six months
* Photo submitted can be any photo....It can be a professionally taken photo or a candid shot taken by anyone!
* You must have permission/rights to use the photo you enter
* Each voter may vote on as many photos as they like....however, you may only cast ONE vote per photo. Vote by clicking "LIKE" on the photo that you would like to vote for.
SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS NOW!!!
*Photos will be accepted via email from 12:01 am Monday, May 24, 2010 until Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 11:50 pm.
* Voting will be allowed until midnight on Memorial Day....Monday, May 31, 2010 - 12:midnight
* To submit a photo for entry.....Email your photo to: beverly@chuckwilliams-phot
* Include your name, your email address, a contact phone number along with your child's name and child's age
* You must be a fan of our Chuck Williams Photography facebook page in order to submit an entry. Become a fan by clicking "LIKE" on our facebook page.
* Contest is open to anyone, however if you are a winner, you must choose a location within 50 miles Powder Springs, Ga for your photo session.
* Once you submit a photo to our contest, the next step is for you to recruit all of your family and friends to vote. Remember, they must be a Fan of our Facebook Fan Page in order for their vote to count.
* Chuck Williams Photography fans will all be able to cast their votes as well.
* SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS EARLY in order for your photo to get the most exposure!!
JUDGING
* All entries will be uploaded into an album on our Facebook Fan Page
* Chuck Williams Photography fans will be able to vote for their favorite photo(s).
* To vote for a photo, you must be a FAN of our facebook page.
* To cast your vote, Click "LIKE" on the photo for which you are voting.
* Comments may be made on your favorite photos, but comments will NOT be counted as a vote.
* Photo with the most "LIKES" will be the winner.
* Chuck Williams Photography will verify that all voters who click "LIKE" are fans of our Facebook page. Any "LIKES" submitted by non fans will not be counted in the votes.
* As new photo entries are received, we will post them on our facebook page in the contest album. We will also feature submitted photos on our blog.
WINNERS
* GRAND PRIZE WINNER -- The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photos that receives the most "LIKES" will be the grand prize winner and will receive:
* Complimentary Photo Session with Chuck Williams Photography
* $75 complimentary virtual gift card to be used for ordering prints from your photo session.
* Complimentary Photo Tote Bag - Perfect for displaying photos from your photo session
* Complimentary $25 Gift Card to Starbucks
* Grand Prize Winnings total to a value of over $200
FOUR RUNNER UP WINNERS
* There will be a FOUR "Runner Up Winners" who will also be chosen based upon the number of "LIKES" received during the voting time period.
* Runner Up winners will receive:
* 1/2 price photo session from Chuck Williams Photography
* $25 complimentary virtual gift card to be used for ordering prints from your photo session.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
* Winners must schedule photo session within 30 days of winning and session must be completed by 7/31/10.
* Prizes cannot be altered or changed in any way and are not redeemable for cash
* Sessions are not redeemable for wedding photography or birth photography
* No other coupons, discounts or promotions may be applied to this particular promotion
VOTING:
* If you submit a photo to our contest, you will want to tell all of your family and friends! They too can vote and will help your chances of winning!
* Simply tell them about our Facebook Page, have them become a fan and then they will be eligible to cast their votes.
* Voting will continue through Monday, May 31st and will end on this day at 11:59 pm.
* Cutest Kids Contest Winners will be announced via our Facebook and our Blog by June 2, 2010.
